How Does It Work?

Mobile Workshops that come to you!

    • Your facilitator/s will arrive 30 to 60 minutes before your workshop begins to set up.

    • If your have booked for a 12pm class, your facilitators will arrive between 11am and 11:30am.

    • Set up includes (depending on the workshop):

      • Table covers

      • Aprons/gloves

      • Tools (scissors, craft tweezers, pliers, wire cutters, etc)

      • Accessories (floral tape, floral wire, ribbon, glass vessels, etc)

      • Distribution of main items (soil, sand, flowers, beads, etc)

    • If your workshop is booked for 2pm to 4pm we will have everything set up by the start 2pm ready to kick off your workshop.

    • Your facilitator/s will guide your group through the workshop using a ‘class room’ style teaching one step at a time, and will walk around providing assistance and guidance between steps.

    • This is also a great opportunity for our facilitators to take photos of your group (with your permission).

    • Most workshops run for 1 to 2 hours, upon your groups completion of the creative class facilitators will pack and tidy up the space. This is a good opportunity for your group to come together for a group photo to commemorate the experience!

    • Yes, of course! Do be mindful that some classes make more mess than others! For example, terrariums and kokedama (moss balls) work with soil so keeping snacks for after or on a separate table is a good idea.
